Calming Minds Kids & Youth is an online creative learning programme to enhance wellbeing and relaxation through creative dance.
Our at home online programme has been designed by our team with qualifications including; MA Professional Dance Practice, BA (Hons) Dance, Active Listening, Mindfulness for Children, Laughter Therapy, Counselling Skills & Theory and Children’s Mental Health Awareness.
At Home Programme:
Children can develop emotionally by taking part in a range of dance, mindfulness and laughter yoga activities to develop resilience and social skills, as well as learn coping techniques to deal with stress and negative emotions, helping enhance the ability to excel in both school and social conditions. This programme can be access via our online platform as whenever and as often as you like.
Each weekly online theme is fun and engaging covering the following topics:
- Social Media
- Mental Wellbeing
- Physical Wellbeing
- Confidence Building
The programme is designed for all mainstream individuals as well as children with SEND, to raise awareness wellbeing and stigma around hot topics, as well as allow students to be able to take time out, relax and calm down when necessary.
